Eco-Schools

Terrington Hall School has recently been awarded the Green Flag Eco-Schools Award. Becoming only the eighth Prep-School in the UK and the first in Yorkshire to receive the honour.
We are very proud of this achievement. We are committed to improving the environment of our school and to reducing the environmental impact of its activities as far as we can.
We believe that becoming an Eco-School is an important part of our responsibility to our local community and to educate our pupils to recognise their own future responsibilities as citizens and consumers.
