There is a home tennis match this evening (4pm) for U13 boys and girls teams.
Children about to enter the Nursery are encouraged to have taster days and in consultation with parents, a decision is made on how many days the child will attend.
Reception children are expected to attend full time - ie five full days.
Nursery and Reception curriculum embraces the Early Years Foundation Stage and the six areas of learning - Communication Language and Literature, Problem Solving, Reasoning and Numeracy, Personal, Social and Emotional Development, Knowledge and Understanding of the World, Creative and Physical Development.
Parents are welcomed into the Junior School at any time but especially when delivering children in the morning and at the end of the school day when they have the opportunity to chat with the teachers.
All children have school lunch seated on tables of eight and are served by a member of staff.

The day ends at 3.30pm and after school care is offered until 5.30pm (Wednesday 4.30pm).
Much use is made of the rural environment and the Pre-Prep children enjoy cultivating their garden plots and sampling the produce.
Come and sample the produce in our farm shop and be advised by the children about healthy eating.
In short, to enjoy a wide range of experiences, please arrange a visit to the Terrington Hall Junior Department for your child.
