Terrington Hall's under-9 netball and under-9 football teams have ended their seasons with tournament victories for the school.
The under-9 football team won Lyndhurst's under-9 football tournament where they scored group-stage wins against Read (4-2), Lyndhurst (2-0) and The Minster School (2-1), and a semi-final victory over Bootham (4-1), before triumphing in the final beating The Minster School 3-1 in the final.
Meanwhile Terrington Hall's under-9 netball team won Terrington Hall's under-9 netball tournament, which was attended this year by six schools (Cundall Manor, Bow, Bramcote, Scarborough College, Queen Mary's and Terrington Hall).
Played in a round-robin format with all teams playing each other, Terrington beat Scarborough College (3-1), Queen Mary's (3-1), Bramcote (2-0) and Bow School (7-1) and drew against Cundall Manor 2-2. Drawing with Cundall Manor on points, the trophy was awarded to Terrington on goals scored, Terrington amassing 17 goals to Cundall's 9 throughout the tournament.
