U9 Football vs Easingwold Town FC

U9 Football vs. Easingwold Town FC
Last Saturday saw us host Easingwold Town's U9 football squad. They brought a large number of players which gave us the opportunity to play two games. Although we lost both of the games we played good football, moving and passing intelligently and creating lots of chances. Easingwold's first choice team were very strong but as they began to make changes the sides evened out a little.
I was greatly impressed with our boys and am confident that when we move back to playing similar sized schools, the standard of our football will begin to yield results. I am greatly looking forward to our trip to Mowden on Wednesday.
