U13 Netball v Scar College sat 28th Jan

The girls are at the moment going from strength to strength. Their hard work in practise sessions is paying off as the passing becomes crisper and we push each other further the overall play gets better.  We started the match well building an early lead after the first quarter and continued to build on this through the match. Angela and Annabelle both shot well helped by the general improvement in the feeding enabling them to get closer to the ring.

Having got ourselves in a winning position we had the chance to look at a few players in different positions. Serena slotted in at GD where her intercepting was excellent and Eliza moved into the attack using her strong pass to good effect. It is always beneficial to try new positions to see the demands put upon the people that usually fill these places. Although Scarborough scored four in the final quarter to double their score everybody fitted in comfortably to the roles they took on.

Final Score Terrington 20 - 8 Scarborough College
