Record number of pupils at Terrington Hall
We’re welcoming 25 new pupils this term, more than 12% of our total roll, which takes the total number of pupils to an all-time high of 201.
The new starters are spread across the year groups, with the largest number joining Year 6 – a reflection of Terrington Hall’s popularity as a school which prepares children for the leading local and national senior schools.
Ten new pupils also joined Terrington Hall in the Summer term, making a total of 35 new pupils in the last five months. Headmaster Huw Thomas is pictured above with some of this term’s new starters.
Mr Thomas said: “We’re thrilled and honoured by the fact that so many families are enrolling their children at Terrington Hall at a time when we are all feeling the pinch financially.
“We’re very much a family school and we aim to support each child so they feel happy, secure and inspired to learn. I’m glad that is striking a chord with families and they are choosing to invest in their children’s futures.”
We still have limited spaces available in some forms, and are open for registrations for 2026 and beyond. Why not come and see what makes Terrington Hall the right place for your children to grow? Our next open morning is on Friday 3rd October.
It’s a happy, purposeful, kind place with a very special atmosphere.
